RASPBERRY JAM

A queer outcast finds a fairy, and they grow close. The punk's unaccepting family causes them to run away, and find solace with the fairy. BENT Queer Youth Festival winner!

FOUR FIFTY FIVE mL

Kausar, a middle aged trans-woman, receives a call to donate blood to a critically ill boy with the same rare blood group as hers. She rushes through the busy city of Lahore to reach the hospital on time, only to find out that her blood is not welcome, even if it costs the boy his life.

When life locks down, hope can lift you up
A film about two profoundly deaf women of color whose relationship is tested during a period of unprecedented turmoil. Separated on their anniversary, Aimee is shaken out of her self-imposed apathy as she demonstrates her love to Victoria. Aimee Victoria is a short film conceived and created entirely remotely during the lockdown of 2020 and inspired by true stories of relationships from disabled and LGBTQIA people which never make it to the screen.

BEAT 97

Alvaro has been quarantined for 97 days without leaving home, and uses delivery apps to order everything he needs. When the delivery man arrives at the building with another meal, an unexpected situation imposes a difficult decision on Alvaro. From the flow of consciousness of the character when dealing with his dilemmas and original beatbox compositions, the film explores the difficulties of social isolation and Alvaro's attempts to creatively occupy time.

EVE

This is a comedy drama of a young woman who has just got married to her long term boyfriend and now has doubts. She acknowledges she has been repressing her sexual attraction for women for some time, but that these feelings are genuine. Especially relevant at this moment, after kissing the groom’s sister, Olivia, an out and confident lesbian, at the hen party the night before.

Rabia and Maddie, a pupil and teacher, form a friendship under the unlikeliest of circumstances.
